Our Process

Quorum takes pride in how much time and effort we commit to ensuring a good fit. We recognize the importance of finding the right person, but we also deeply respect our candidates as we guide them through a life-changing decision 

Quorum uses a quantitative approach to assessing candidates. Candidates are scored against a set of competencies established by our clients. This sets a quality standard baseline we use for all candidate submissions

Quorum spends no less than one hour speaking to candidates. We focused on helping them understand your business, what you are hoping to achieve, the role available. We seeking to understands the candidate's motivations and needs. 

Under most circumstances we are able to produce a slate of 3-5 qualified candidates with 10 business days. 

Our methodology starts by first identifying the environments where talent can be found. We then mine the names of all the individuals in that environment that possess the requisite competencies and track them.

Unlike many search firms who rely on job postings or who "hunt and peck" on LinkedIn, we have a cultivated database of more than 10k professionals that we have immediate access to.
